2. Lifestyle. This category involves tons . Are you getting enough rest? Are you developing good habits like eating slowly to let your food digest, are you eating small portions regularly? does one stop eating a minimum of three hours before bed? The list is straightforward but can have a dramatic effect on your weightloss. Develop good food choices and habits, basically take care of yourself and you'll reap the advantages .

3. Exercise. Are you exercising enough? Aim to exercise 4 or 5 times every week for a minimum of 40 minutes.
